UK Shipping Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, strikes, or peak seasonal demand.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide at a flat rate of £25.
Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over £200.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country but typically take 7–21 business days after dispatch.
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the courier or customs once your order has left our premises. If a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the courier but you have not received it, you must contact the courier directly.
In the case of a missing or damaged parcel, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can investigate.
Customs & Import Duties

Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Non-Delivery & Returns to Sender If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or refusal of delivery), we will refund the order minus the original shipping fee.
Customers who qualified for free shipping will have the actual shipping cost deducted from their refund. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update or change this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
